David Pollack

David Pollack is a passionate lover of Jesus, engineer, and serial entrepreneur. David lives in Missouri and has been involved with Equip Mozambique from its inception. David currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors, guides meetings, and directs the american-side of Equip Mozambique. In his spare time David shows Akitas in AKC conformation shows.

Reverend Tony Pierce

Tony Pierce

The Reverend Tony E. Pierce is Co-Senior Pastor of Heaven's View Christian Fellowship and CEO of Heaven's View Community Development Corp. He is also Co-Founder of the Community Transformation Institute and Co-Developer of the Community Transformation Ministry Model, with its Community Transformation Ministry Development SystemSM. The Community Transformation Ministry Model serves to reduce and eliminate poverty on a regional basis, while increasing regional prosperity through a system of regional faith-based and community-based economic development projects.

Pastor Cliff Parks

Cliff Parks

Cliff Parks has been in the pastoral ministry since 1990 and is the Co-Senior Pastor of Heaven's View Christian Fellowship, COO of Heaven's View Community Development Corporation and Co-Founder of the Community Transformation Partnership and Community Transformation Institute. Cliff received his Bachelors degree in theology from Ambassador University in Pasadena, California and his Masters in education from Western Oregon University in Monmouth, Oregon. Cliff has also served as a missionary participating in and later directing projects for Ambassador Foundation, a faith based non-profit organization with projects in many different countries.

Ron McClanahan

Ron McClanahan worked for Southwestern Bell as a software developer and technical director for 23 years before he retired. Ron has been married to his wife, Denise, for 37 years and they have 3 adult children. Ron's family currently lives in Rolla, Missouri, where they've been a part of a home church – Church Without Walls - for 8 years. He currently serves as treasurer on Equip Mozambique's board of directors. Ron loves helping people to be self-sufficient, especially in a setting that stresses God as the cornerstone for all we do.

Karl Reinagel

Karl Reinagel is a pastor and missionary with the Child Evangelism Fellowship in St. Louis, Missouri. He began pastoral ministry in 1996 shepherding churches in Wisconsin, Iowa and Nebraska before moving to St. Louis where he has served as senior pastor since 2002. Pastor Karl enjoys growing on the job.  In addition to reading widely, he has completed several courses from American Association of Christian Counselors as well as a Certificate of Theological Studies from Grace Communion Seminary where he is currently pursuing a Master of Pastoral Studies.  He also serves as district pastoral leader in the Mid-America District and enjoys serving as a chaplain at the Gateway to God youth camp.  His hobbies include chopping firewood, playing games and watching movies. Pastor Karl also serves as a missionary with CEF serving the greater St. Louis area.


Bob and Mary Hoven

Bob and Mary are long-time friends and mentors for Jon and Carla from their hometown and home church in Rolla, Missouri. They provide Equip Mozambique with missionary care and preparation and debriefing for our short-term missionaries.


Glenn Cotita

Jack Cotita is a missionary, entrepreneur, and Carla's father. He has lived in Florida, Louisiana, Missouri, Russia and Texas, and is presently working full time with Youth With A Mission along with his wife Jill and daughters Tori and Zhenya. They are establishing a base and /community in Gozo, Malta in the Mediterranean. They are involved in local and outreach ship ministry and Discipleship Training Schools.
Jack has started and operated several profitable small businesses over the years. He uses this experience to help Equip Mozambique develop strategies for encouraging entrepreneurship in Mozambique.
