Pastor Cliff Parks

Cliff Parks has been in the pastoral ministry since 1990 and is the Co-Senior Pastor of Heaven's View Christian Fellowship, COO of Heaven's View Community Development Corporation and Co-Founder of the Community Transformation Partnership and Community Transformation Institute. Cliff received his Bachelors degree in theology from Ambassador University in Pasadena, California and his Masters in education from Western Oregon University in Monmouth, Oregon. Cliff has also served as a missionary participating in and later directing projects for Ambassador Foundation, a faith based non-profit organization with projects in many different countries.

He has also been a special education teacher and administrator in both private and public schools in the U.S. and overseas. Pastor Parks came to Peoria in 1997 with a heart and passion for community ministry. In 2002 God brought him together with Rev. Tony Pierce and through a mentoring process his understanding of community development was increased and a vision began to develop for joint ministry. Within two years the two pastors had joined in ministry, merging their respective congregations together across racial, cultural, and denominational lines. Pastor Parks brings his experience to the Equip Mozambique board where he hopes to offer competent advice and counsel in the areas of community development and education.
